1. Acceptance
These terms govern the use of Too Long To Listen, operated by STX Soluções LTDA, CNPJ 52.905.175/0001-41, Rua Visconde de Mauá, 25, apto 201, São Cristóvão, Criciúma/SC, CEP 88802-530, Brasil. By signing in or using the service you state that you are 18 or older and agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. The service
We transcribe audio and video files into text and produce summaries and subtitle files. Transcripts are automatic and can contain errors, especially with noise, strong accents and multiple speakers. Review them before using in important contexts such as legal, medical or financial decisions.
The service does not separate speakers and is not a substitute for an official or expert transcript.
3. Your account
Access is through your Google account. You are responsible for the activity on it. Multiple accounts created to obtain free credits, referrals or repeated demos are prohibited and may be blocked.
4. Content and authorization
- You keep all rights to your audio, video and text. You give us only the limited license needed to process them and deliver the result.
- You state that you have the right to upload the content. If other people speak in it, you are responsible for having permission to record and transcribe the conversation where the law or context requires.
- You may not upload illegal content, content that infringes others' rights or exploits minors, nor use the service for surveillance without consent or to overload the infrastructure.
5. Plans, credits and trial
- Free plan: welcome minutes granted once per account and, when shown on the pricing page, referral bonuses.
- Monthly or yearly paid plans (Starter, Pro and Studio) and one-off minute packs paid by Pix or card. Current prices and allowances are on the pricing page. One-off packs are valid for 12 months.
- 7-day Pro trial: granted once per person, no card needed. At the end the account returns to its previous plan automatically, with no charge.
- Pro and Studio are subject to fair use so that a single account does not occupy the whole capacity. Current limits are on the pricing page.
- Subscription minutes renew each cycle and do not accumulate. One-off pack and bonus minutes do not expire before the stated period.
6. Payment, renewal and cancellation
- Card subscriptions are charged by Stripe each month or year, depending on the period you chose, and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel and manage your card and invoices at any time in "Manage subscription"; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Failed payment: we retry the charge and notify you by e-mail. If it is not settled within 7 days the account returns to the free plan, keeping your transcripts.
- Right of withdrawal: for online purchases, Brazilian consumers may withdraw within 7 days of purchase and get a refund (art. 49 of the Consumer Defense Code), provided the purchased credit has not been significantly used. Ask through the contact e-mail.
- Otherwise amounts already paid are non-refundable, except for service failure or legal obligation.
- Pix payments are processed by Mercado Pago and credit is released after confirmation, usually within seconds.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. During maintenance or high demand, jobs may be queued. Minutes of jobs that fail because of our error are returned.
8. Intellectual property
The software, brand and design belong to us. These terms transfer no rights to them beyond using the service.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law and without prejudice to consumer rights, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months and does not cover lost profits or indirect damages arising from transcription errors or unavailability.
10. Termination
You can close your account at any time with "Delete my account". We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, with notice when possible.
11. Changes
We may change these terms. Relevant changes will be communicated on the site or by e-mail with reasonable notice; continuing to use the service after they take effect means accepting the new version.
12. Governing law
Brazilian law applies. For consumer relations the courts of the consumer's domicile apply and, in other cases, the courts of Criciúma/SC.
