TooLongToListen turns audio and video into text and generates SRT and VTT captions. It started with a simple problem: voice messages of five minutes that nobody wants to listen to in full.

How transcription works
When you drop in a video, your browser extracts the audio track on your device and sends only the audio. Transcription runs on a server operated by the service itself, with the open source Whisper model, without sending your audio to third-party AI APIs. Portuguese is the main focus, and caption files are written in UTF-8.
Current limits are on the pricing page, and data handling is in the privacy policy.
